Returns & Exchanges
You can choose to receive a refund on all products except those marked "store credit only" or "final sale".
There is a 20% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
No restocking fee is charged for returns for an exchange for a different size. However, buyer pays all shipping fees.
You can receive store credit on all products except those marked "final sale", equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is valid for one year after the issue date. Store credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise, it can not be used towards shipping costs.
You should request a return authorization number from us within 3 business days from the time of receipt of your goods.
Contact us as soon as you receive the dress if you need an exchange or return.
All returns must be received within 14 days of buyers receiving the goods.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Buyer pays all shipping costs associated with return/exchange
- All items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and MUST meet the following criteria
- All tags must be attached
- All original packaging must be included (hanger, dress bag, etc.)
- No scents or odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- No pet hair or deodorant marks
- No rips or tears
- No signs of being worn (dirty, stains, makeup, missing hanger straps, etc.)
- Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
